It seems that because terrorists use cellular phones to trigger bombs the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department and other local law enforcement agencies are asking to jam cell phones in Los Angeles landmarks whenever a heightened alert is issued. Just one more reason to kill the business including international business in California. My question is what alternative communications are they going to provide the traveler to contact his ride, or to notify other parties of his safe arrival.
