Today I have a few things to do...

1. I need to pick up the new mountain bike frame I ordered.  Then I will have the new front suspension fork installed.
2. I need a trip to the ocean, to renew my spirit and to ride my bike.
3. While at the ocean I will play with my metal detector (this is something old men do).
4. I will visit a few garage sales if afforded the chance. Always on the hunt for neglected old bikes for parts or restoration.

The sun is shining  and we are going to see temps near 80 degrees. 

Now to have a cup of coffee and start the day.
