Water in California has always been a hot topic. Now Diane Feinstein has decided to make matters worse. She has weakened restrictions on sale of subsidized water by farmers to brokers who in turn will sell to cities and counties in Southern California.. Water for smaller farmers that they won't get... a new water war. She must have gotten a lot of money and right now is feathering her nest while a lot of people get fleeced. Posted on Dreamwidth
