more evidence that bikes work...

Need to lose a few pounds? Feel sort of blah? Get out of the house and ride a bike, or even take a walk. Most people can get through life without starting that car, as most trips are less than 2 miles. Read this study and think how you can be healthier by walking or biking on that short trip.
