ah, Sunday....
The puppies went on a long drive for the first time, a trip to my Kaiser pharmacy to renew some meds. The weather today is much the same as all week, hot, humid, and unforgiving.
Looking at a stack of mail to be sorted through. Some bills (two) and memberships to renew. Magazines to renew also.
Just finished reading the local paper. Looking at all the deals on cars, but alas, I don't qualify for the cash for clinkers, as it has to get less than 18 mpg to be eligible. If you have one of these gas guzzlers, time to trade up, the dealer takes your car in and the feds give you $4500 credit towards the new car. Some dealers locally are matching that with thousands more in rebates. It's basically a government welfare program for the auto dealers.
