Fred Phelps of that homophobic 'christian' group that pickets funerals of soldiers found a judge he liked... a Marine's Dad has been ordered by a judge to pay Phelps' legal bill after taking Phelps to court for pickiting the funeral of his son.

This is wrong, very wrong, as there must be something done about this.
