The rights of a citizen...

It seems that this article says that you may be a citizen, but in the 'war on terror' you become less than a citizen if you don't subject yourself to interrogation in a foreign land and without a lawyer present. Pity be if you leave the country then find yourself on a 'no-fly' list. Why can't these citizens be allowed to return home and then be interrogated where there may be someone to defend their rights as citizens and have the right of appeal as afforded by our court system?

Seems as of today, bring a citizen doesn't mean much to the current regime in Washington.
