Update...breaking news

Cookie, our small dog that was attacked and injured surprised us by surviving the night. She got up today and did a small bowel movement on the living room rug, but considering the circumstances, she's excused. She'll get a trip to the vet tomorrow for a check up and to determine the prognosis.

Thanks, I've been saying a few prayers. It is interesting that after the attack friends of my mom said prayers knowing how much the dog meant to her, and the dog responded.
