Last night late I played with my Microsoft Train Simulator.... did a run along one of the routes, and discovered that driving a train is a difficult process. Seeing the game plays in real time, every mile at 25 mph takes about as long as a real journey at that speed. Controlling speed and braking is a balancing act, as most any action takes a while to respond. Hey, it gives you an appreciation for what it takes to control two locomotives and 70 rail cars. I'll play again later.
