It seems the robocalls in swing states have started and are endorsed by the RNC and McCain/Palin. It is a clear demonstration of how disparate they are to win. I also find the comments reflect the combined ignorance of the Republican electorate.

I think that this is one more mis-calculation by that campaign. People are so much more irritated by robo-calls than ever before--this, like all the various swift-boat attempts this year, is apt to lose votes for McCain rather than gain them.

This will still be a close race, if only because of the basic conservative leaning of so many key states like florida and ohio. But I have a lot of hope that we may win this one, because the Republicans seem unable to contest it effectively thus far.
