my latest medical adventure...

I went for an operation last Monday and saw the future of medicine. Clean and inviting waiting rooms, a café on site that served healthy food, over 40 well equipped pre-op rooms, electronic record keeping, friendly staff using the latest equipment, a clean, high tech operating room with video screens displaying my vitals for the whole team to see on large flat screen monitors, with classic rock music playing during prep, my comfort and well being were the number one goal. Recovery in another section of the hospital, fully monitored, with friendly and knowledgeable nurses,  Minimally invasive techniques were used, This was Kaiser Sand Canyon in Orange County California.

And to tthink they plan on topping this place with a new hospital in Anaheim in two years.

I am glad to read that all went smoothly and that you're recovering well. I also marvel at the latest in medical advances and techniques. And to think here they're trying their darndest to close down the last and only hospital that will not refuse to treat a person.
