The rural life...
Things are different here. The sky is hazy today, I can't see my favorite mountain from my deck.
Speaking of the deck, I am considering that I have some work to do on the deck before the rainy/snowy season is upon us. I need to take up the deck itself, tighten the base framework, and re-attach the planks after turning the weathered side down. This time I'll use deck screws to anchor the planks.
The mobile home here needs re-leveling. I'm going to replace the skirting too. I need to build a new read deck, as the termites have taken their toll on the support timbers.
I need to remove and re-set the base for the flag pole after it was hit by a truck turning around in the yard. I got to do a lot of soaking before taking a shovel to dig down three feet around the concrete base.
I got a lot of things to do. boredom is not allowed, yet procrastination does sometimes rule.

My folks always used gray water to irrigate the garden, even though we did not live anywhere near a dessert. It's very simple, really, and they felt that the phosphates from the soap were beneficial, somehow. I was young and just fond of the idea of innovation..............oh wait, .............I still am. LOL!

Right now my time is devoted to two small puppies the mom abandoned, so it is feeding time every 2-3 hours, 24/7. Some things are now on hold.
