Morality

Why does the United States have to be so morally wrong? This country has
been going downhill since the 90's, and these adventures in 'regime change'
don't help. Now we are supporting Israel and their newest adventure with
'regime change by war', although it is doubtful that they will be any safer
than they were before. Hey, they need enemies to justify having a large
military machine, much as Dubya needs to have a 'war on terror' to justify
his existence. Here's a thought... what if we had spent the billions we are
wasting in Iraq on research into alternative fuels and a cure for cancer? We
might have both of those problems well on their way to being solved by now,
that is a better course of action than a war based on lies.
