a walk with the dog....

A walk around the property this afternoon was pleasant. It was noticing the trees needing some trimming, noting how the Sumacs have grown through the chain link fence, noting two instances of pack rat nests that need removal (they make good kindling).  The sounds of quail scurrying through the scrub oak.  I need to do this more often. 

I'm up late....

I think its time to go to bed.
