Shot this from the house... one of the many visiting birds

Found in Borrego Springs...

Got this shot just west of town on DiGiorgio Road..... this is a Desert Lily (Hesperocallis undulta Agavaceae )

Also on the same route they had Ruby Red Grapefruit for $5 a bag, fresh dates for sale, and Tangelos for $3 a bag... bags were about 10 pounds each, all sold at a stand in the grove.
