a quick look at the 2012 election...

After a county clerk in Wisconsin suddenly discovers 14,000 votes for the conservative judge, and says it was a data entry error... the Republicans will win at all cost, including cheating. Don't expect the 2012 presidential election to be any different. These Nazis want power, they will have power, and they will take power any way they can. To hell with civility... I'm calling them what they are.... Nazis.

a Palestinian State?

So be it... we cannot wait for Israel to return to the table and negotiate in good faith.. They have demonstrated time and again that they are not willing to respect human rights and are committing genocide in Gaza. Free Palestine!

To my Jewish friends... I just cannot support the Zionist government of Netanyahu

I wish I could be there...

US Uncut is planning an occupation of the state capitol in Sacramento on April 15th through April 18th.  Looks like we need to show those in Sacramento who is the boss. The Rethuglicans are up to their old tricks, stealing elections, buying judges, and refusing to listen to what the people want, so demonstrate...

proud mary

No, not the song, but my local congressperson (Mary Bono-Mack) who had a tele-conference/town hall... of course she's holding the party line (Republican) so knowing she wasn't really listening and wouldn't change her mind, I hung up. Republicans want to see the country fail, so they and their brown shirts can take control... then we can have true Fascism, for the 21st Century.

more on proud mary...

I follow my congressperson on Facebook and when she posted the typical Republican bullshit about the shutdown and the deficit I called her on it... and much to my surprise, as I was making a followup comment, i got a little message that I was not authorized to commentShortly after that message , my comment disappeared. One person who directly addressed me in a comment, I contacted by direct message, and even he (Scott Pam) was shocked. So much for having free speech in this country. Does this mean I'm now on her watch list? I'm proud if that is what it is. I'm a veteran who served this country, I took an oath to defend this Constitution, and to have some staffer of my congressperson do what has been done to me is an insult to the whole system of government by the people. Seems I'l have to establsih another Facebook account to beat the embargo. So much for this being a democracy. I have my doubts how long we will have freedom is the Republicans have their way.

spam

Since the security breech at Epsilon, a company that handled email for a lot of companies (two that I dealt with) my span volume today has ben over 200 pieces of mail.

Edit: Right now I'm getting about 25 pieces of junk mail every 15 minutes.

Edit: since the last edit I have received 155 junk emails... its a spam explosion.

details on the 'deal'

Looks like we the people got sold down the river once more by the democrats... yes, the republicans got their social agenda passed, they get the chance to put senators on the spot with a series of votes on social issues dear to the conservative thugs,  It also places some provisions that threaten the integrity of the new Consumer Financial Protection Agency, allowing private audits and looking at its actions and how they impact jobs.. thus protecting Wall Street. Why is it that the Democratic Women of the Senate have more cajones than the leadership?
