I have grave concerns that Dubya thinks he is a Constitutional authority. I harbor the same doubts that any and all Justice Department staff that formerly worked for him in Texas or are graduates of Regent University have such talent. Thus we need to examine carefully each and every one of his signing statements and challenge his Constitutional authority to issue such signing statements.

After hearing the recent NPR broadcast about his signing statements, it only makes my conviction that he should be impeached stronger. Thus we need to urge Congress to .......
