1. Jewel's "0304"; a new style, but still Jewel. She has embarked on a new path, a bunch more pop, but with the lyrical bite she is famous for. I can see more singles getting airplay.
2. Michelle Branch "Hotel Paper"; another powerful album from Michelle Branch. A lot of good tracks, very good. If you liked "Spirit Room", you'll like this one.
3. The Black Eyed Peas, "Elephunk"; good honest funk. What makes this CD special is a hidden, not a bonus track, but a hidden track. After track 13 completes ("Where is the love", a long pause is followed by additional music, a very anti-war, anti-bush song. This alone made this the best cd I've bought lately. These artists have to be supported for having the guts to tell it like it is.
