I think that people are seeing our two party system as a sham. Both parties are bought and paid for by the corporations who do not seem to care about the 98% of the people who work for a living. Remember, we had a revolution before when we threw the British out and that was sparked by the strong spirit of individualism. A few people with the willingness to put it all on the line I have hopes that change will occur peacefully, or the future revolution may be much more violent.
