double dip?

Robert Reich seems to think we are heading there and he offers some solutions.. I like what he's proposed, but I cannot see Congress or the President doing anything but playing more word games.. if we get to a double dip, it is going to be bad, if we default because of the debt ceiling, it will be world wide depression...
