Seems the Canada is now crossing a line... while we have had our battle over Keystone XL a pipeline to move Canada's Tar Sands Bitumen to Texas for refining (an ultimately for export) , the environemtal groups in Canada have come under attack by Harper the Conservative Prime Minister for their opposition to another pipeline to British Columbia.
