curmugeonSeems the RIAA and some of the major ISP's have an agreement... that is that the RIAA will be watching you and if they see you downloading copyright material they will in turn tell your ISP, who in turn will warn you that you are being watched... there are ways to fight this but be assured, this is but the first wave in an effort to censor what you can see and do.
Now this didn't need any legislation (even though snooping by the RIAA sounds illegal) it is another example of why the media industry is not your friend.
