I want to say that next week will be different at work, mostly because Julie won't be there. The sharp wit, the range of emotion, her cigarette breaks (she needs to quit!), and the ever moving forward mentality. Some people take a job and accept what is handed to them, they struggle through their mediocre lives, accepting this as their lot in life. I have to admit I've fallen into the 'security' rut, but as you get older risk doesn't seem so tantalizing. Then we find ourselves living the risk through others. This big step for Julie will be followed by a few people who know she'll make it, because of her drive, her thirst for knowledge, her great personality.

Best of luck Julie...we will truly miss you...but don't forget...in this age of electronica, we will be in touch.
