We are liberators...

In the name of Iraqi Freedom, I watched a CNN report where a crowd of Iraqis got impatient about the widespread civil disorder and was chanting for help in front of a bunch of Marines. When the chant became 'Yankee Go Home', one of the Marines was very upset and said 'We came to fucking liberate you' at which time a more mature marine stepped in and de-fused the situation. I guess they now know how much the Iraqis love them. It seems that the troops were not given much training in the Islamic culture or the fact that Americans are not well liked in the Arab world.
