A day of rest and healing...

I woke at 3 a.m. with an upset stomach and as time rolled around for work I was feeling no better, so I sent a few emails and left a few voice mails to let my 'superiors' know I was not coming in today.

I now need to hit the shower, get dressed and think about what will feel good to my stomach. I slept from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., now to face the day, or what is left of it.
