RIP Diedrich's Coffee

Oh well, the end is near, as Diedrich Coffee, my alternative to Starbucks, just sold out to Starbucks. Shame on you Diedrichs for abandoning your loyal customer base. We were there because we didn't want to go to Starbucks and it's sterile environment. And shame on you Diedrichs for what you are doing to hundreds of loyal baristas. Another case of corporatism triumphs.

Dubya don't get it...

Dubya is wrong. What he proposes for detainees is not right. He wants to
torture (he calls it clarifying Article 3); he wants to make a mockery of
the justice system with his 'tribunals'. He's out of control and needs to be
investigated for the war crimes he may have been party to in the 'secret
prisons' run by the CIA.
