curmugeonDubya is wrong. What he proposes for detainees is not right. He wants to
torture (he calls it clarifying Article 3); he wants to make a mockery of
the justice system with his 'tribunals'. He's out of control and needs to be
investigated for the war crimes he may have been party to in the 'secret
prisons' run by the CIA.
