The news of the day...

Dubya still is acting like King George, trying to end run the electorate
and various voices of reason to continue fighting the civil war on the
side of the Shiites in Iraq. He's a dangerous man, because every time he
opens his mouth more soldiers die.

John Bolton is (technically) gone, but not before he did damage to the
reputation of the United States. He will stick around till a new nominee
appears on the radar, and Dubya has the chances of a snowball in hell of
getting who he wants nominated.

Hezbollah is trying to strangle Lebanon into becoming an Islamic
Republic. They (Hezbollah) don't want a democracy unless they run the
show and can veto anything they don't like. Time for another invasion by
Israel to distract Hezbollah from the streets of Beirut.

I'm somewhat in the Christmas spirit because I look like Santa. I gotta
lose some weight. Bah! Humbug!
