tell us that 'evidence' exists that points to involvement of Iran with
the insurgents. This doesn't make much sense. If I recall, Iran is a
predominately Shite country, yet the insurgents are predominantly Sunni.
Maybe they might support the Shia death squads. Also, since the United
States can't account for much of the ordinance that was left when the
Iraqi Army dissolved, and most IED's are made from this stuff, it seems
he may be just playing the Iran card as a lead up to another case of
lies leading to another war. No, Mr. Gates, I don't believe you...
