A Firm Bush needs pruning...

Bush seems to think he's the king, so he needs to be 'slapped down' by Congress (I don't think they will ever have the guts to do that) by not passing the Defense Appropriations Bill. Congress should put the military between a rock and a hard place, specifically targeting all funding for Iraq operations. No, it will never happen, because Congress really thinks the war must be kept alive so it can be a campaign issue. They are doing worthless actions without meaning just so they can say they are 'anti-war'.
