It seems our founding fathers were visionary, in that they saw George W.
Bush coming, and placed provisions in the Constitution to constrain him.
Unfortunately, a lot of people have forgotten what is written in the
Constitution and have let George W. abuse powers not granted to him by
the Constitution. We need to change that...
