It's not good to try and fool Mother Nature....

Seems agribusiness has been screwing with the natural order of things. The whole birds and bees of nature are a delicate balance, not something for the bottom line. Wonder why bees are dying? Maybe they are being overwork or exploited by agribusiness.

mulberry jam, or jelly....

I'll harvest some mulberries this coming weekend and make my first batch of mulberry jam/jelly (that depends on how many berries I harvest). This tree is a prolific producer, and should be full of berries till later this fall, so I can see this becoming some mulberry syrup too. Has anyone had mulberry jam/jelly before?
