This is too much...... I don't give a damn if Verizon or AT&T go bankrupt. Bush want to grant immunity to any and all telecommunications companies who facilitated his warrantless illegal/unconstitutional spying on phone calls and emails passing through the United States telecommunications networks. We need to have accountability and if a private citizen commits a crime, he does the time. If a corporation commits a crime, it is the Republican  philosophy to grant them immunity or bail them out.

This is not the case, let them pay for their transgressions. They violated the right to privacy, and while our legislators and government don't hold this in high regard, the courts and citizens do. So, if all the telecom companies have to fork over all their shareholders dividends, so be it.
