The Southern "Justice" System

 When will the South join the real world? Does the Constitution stop functioning when you cross the Mason-Dixon line? It seems that in Mississippi 'Jim Crow" is alive and well. Maybe we would have been better off to the the South become the Confederate States of America, then we would have had a backward country in our own backyard.
