Wednesday..

Staff meeting this morning. Got to do a bit of field work today, maybe I'll get a chance to work on some of my own projects for once.

Obama and Farrakhan

One thing the whites of America need to realize is that Farrakhan is not a dilema in the black community. The Jews hate him for some of his rhetoric and teachings, but he has left his mark in the black community.

Obama needs the black vote to offset the 'white flight' that may occur if he gets the nomination. I don't think Obama needs to shoot himself in the foot.

Hillary should drop the matter and not defeat the next President of the United States.

hot and sour...

Just had the soup, good....very good. It's like summer outside and I'm in the office. For all you  people in the colder climates, we are almost 80 degrees today. Think...think...think... I have to think for an excuse to spend Saturday with trains. I'll work extra hard on Friday and maybe I'll have time to do it. 

I have to start prep on repainting a 20' x 40' barn. I got to check out my old scaffolding and see if all the pieces are there. I have to arrange to get a pressure washer to wash the barn down, I have to do some minor re-nailing.

Let's see... I have 2 twenty gallon propane tanks, a wood stove, etc to dispose of... no, I'm not dumping this stuff, I need to find a buyer. I'm going to have to post pictures of my junk as I find it....cleaning out the barn is a major undertaking.

Tomorrow I spend my lunchtime attending a seminar on our retirement
process. I'm making the move toward retirement.
