Friday.....

Friday dawned.... the day was somewhat uneventful. Tomorrow I take some hazmat for disposal. I got both my fed and state returns. Money for the bank. 

A spring a day, breezy. Got in a 'dump run'. The trailer is ready for loading, got some motor oil, some old paint, a couple of tires. Then I have another errand to run by 2 p.m. Check the mail, buy my weekly lottery ticket, the local news. 

We'll see how tomorow goes...

Will I ride the bike this weekend?

The color of the low flowers is amazing... I'll have pictures to share.

A train trip, even a short one, sounds good. Maybe a day trip to Los Angeles....A trip to downtown Los Angeles, the metro to explore, if I use metrolink I could even take my bike.

Got to escape somewhere tomorrow afternoon.

I got so much to get rid of.... I got too much junk. I got tools, camera stuff, bike stuff, etc. I havae boxes... too many boxes.

I need a truck... a good truck, for those times when I need a truck, and as I do cleanup around here, there are those times.

Maybe I need to do some cooking..I like to cook, I really like to eat, so cooking fits.

Going to work is hard, and getting harder as the time to retire approaches.

I get to go to the employee awards banquet for free this year. It's the benefit pf being a 20 year veteran of city government. I usually avoid these events, but I get two free tickets, so I may go.

What will our future look like? Do we see hope or dispair?  How do you see yourself at 75?
