Got a reminder from one of my doctors that I had to do the lab work he requested. I'll do that tomorrow night on my way home. My diet today would probably throw the results off, too much bad stuff snacking. I'll behave tomorrow.

Busy as hell today, trying to get a project out the door. 

One more appointment at work tomorrow morning about retirement, then I turn in my paperwork and wait.
