So we have Arlen Spector becoming a 'democrat' (in name only I may add)
as he is still not on board with the Obama agenda. It is an act of
political survival, but his vote is welcome to get to the magic number
of 60. Now watch for Joe Lieberman to jump ship and become a Republican.

Hey, if the Republicans want to replace Arlen on committees, we should,
as has been blogged, hold out till they accept Al Franken as Senator.

Maybe it is time they rename the party.... Jim Crow Party is fitting.... and any of those Dixiecrats can join them.  Then there seems to be talk in Texas of seccession... will the Confederacy rise again?
