There was an investigation called for by the U.N. of the human rights violations on both sides during the Israeli-Gaza conflict. ... This is in response to the Goldstone Report that was conducted by a South African jurist who examined allegations and concluded that both sides were guilty. Israel says it is conducting their own 'independent' investigation (who to hell would believe that they can independently investigate this matter is beyond belief)
I was reading blogs on both sides of the conflict, including some written by people working inside Gaza during the conflict. In my opinion the use of cluster bombs, phosphorus, and the targeting of hospitals and ambulances was a war crime. The destruction of food crops, fishing boats, water suplies, and the continuing blockade is a war crime.
I hope the world will see through the smoke screen of AIPAC and other biased media sources and realize that what was and is done in Gaza is why terrorism is so strong in the Muslim world.
