In a world where bankers seem to rule and governments are no more than tools of the bankers, Iceland's citzens have said no... they don't want to pay the bankers for their (banker's) mistakes.

What will happen when the government agrees to repay and the citizens say no? That will play out when Iceland tries to get its citizens to pay the bill.
