too bad...

The rapture didn't happen as predicted... and I was so hoping that all those self righteous conservatives, fundies, and republican'ts would be swept away and leave this world a better place. Oh well, maybe God is reserving a more fitting end to these people who bear false witness and give true Christians a bad name.

There was a time when hope flourished in San Francisco, a time when people voted for the best candidate, not the one with the most money. They elected a charismatic leader, a gay man, who, in his heart wanted to make San Francisco a better place. He died when a man, driven by hate, killed him. Today we honor Harvey Milk.
