The Department of Homeland Security just answered a freedom of information request for phone numbers of their public affairs people with a directory of the peoples' names with the phone numbers redacted. Yes, they blacked out the phone numbers of the public affairs officers "out of privacy concerns"...????  WTF?? I wonder now who do they think they work for when they are not willing to provide a contact phone number for their agency. Now we know that we live in a police state when an agency that supposed to be protecting us is more concerned about protecting its employees from contact with the public who might want to ask the agency questions. There are a few people who are following the protests that have a good grasp of the law...

Hence...

In a Title 42 USC 1983 it is not necessary to allege or prove that the defendants (Government) intended to deprive plaintiff (Citizens) of their Constitutional rights or that they acted willfully, purposely, or in pursuance of a conspiracy (Constructive Fraud). It is sufficient to establish that the deprivation of constitutional rights or privileges was the natural consequences of the actions of the defendants acting under the color of law, irrespective of the actions whether such consequences was intended. Ury v. Santee (1969 DC Ill.)

It is very clear that police in several locations have been violating the Constitutional rights of the protesters. Someday we will see justice... someday.
