Locally we have wilderness, lots of acres of wilderness, and if this bill passes, we will have even more wilderness. I know the area, I can support this, and the fact that Darryl Issa and Barbara Boxer can agree on this says a lot. This is one of the reasons I've always considered Palomar Mountain and the Beauty Mountain area gems. They are areas where you can find solitude, where you will see what California must have looked like to the early explorers. These areas are sometimes too warm to explore in the summer but the season of exploring is here.

Waiting ... For the tire place to fix a tire.. It has been leaking air for the past few weeks, every few days I had to add air. Sitting outside at Starbucks, the weather n Hemet is just right. When I went to get the tire fixed, I packed a bike, so a short trip to have a cup of copy.
Well, the demonstrations are taking place in Oakland. The media is having a field day. The Oaklnd PD has decided to throw the mayor under the bus, and I can see why. She's been flip flopping, first ordering the violence that put Scott Olsen in the hospital, then deciding she wanted to be a progressive and allowed the demonstrators to re-occupy the plaza. Just demonstrates how the movement is confusing to those politicians who want to stay in office.
Oh well, the day is on its way to a fitting end, it's nice in Hemet, just perfect weather but back to Anza, where it will be cold and windy tonight.
EDIT: The tire wasn't repairable, but under my warranty, got a whole new tire for $14.80. Not bad. Made a trek to Temecula and stopped at Sprouts Market (formerly Henry's) and bought stuff, vegetable stuff, at low prices. Egg Plant 88 cents each, Bell Peppers 49 cents each, Hot House cucumbers at 88 cents each, fresh natural chicken sausage (how does jalapeno/cheddar sound) for $2.99 a pound.. the place is good.
Home now, wind blowing, will be very cold tonight.

Nov. 2nd, 2011 10:29 pmThis was one of the best little articles I've read so far, it expresses what I have been saying all along... we don't need any permit, any laws that restrict our right to assemble and to address our grievances to our government are illagal, the Constitution says so, so you politicians, get your heads out of your collectives asses and get to hell out of our way.
