a sort of lazy day
Apr. 28th, 2012 07:31 pmHad a reasonably good nights sleep last night, and was up when the sun rose. Had my breakfast, and retired to the deck to enjoy my coffee. I then fired up my weed whacker and proceeded to chop down a whole ot of mustard, the most common weed around here. I then did a few other things, including getting my large string trimmer out of the shed and doing some quick maintenance. I then went about the area on a short bike ride, returning to play on the computer a bit. This afternoon I took my 6 hp string trimmer and mowed down about a 1/4 acre of weeds. That leaves only another 2 acres or more to go. Tomorrow I plan a quick trip to town (Anza) to check the mail, get a Sunday paper, and then maybe a bike ride up to the top of Bailey Road and over the ridge line to the west. I may also take a trip to Lake Hemet for some fish feeding and maybe my feeding will attract one tomy hook so I can have a fish dinner. I'm going to try to go to bed early tonight, and play catch up, I need a few extra hours, as I have a full day on tap for tomorrow.
