July 4th approaches and in this little town it becomes a big community event. Looking forward to the pancake breakfast then a parade and more post parade events at the local park. In the afternoon there will be a deep pit bbq and later a dance at the community hall. A whole lot happening so I may just stick around and take it all in.
Also next week I got to do my front brakes. The warning noise is annoying. It will be aa do it yourself project.
I've been doing some fishing lately and having some success. Nothing better than trout cooked on the grille.
We are looking at hot weather next week. 95 degrees most days. I will take some time to go to Solano Beach and try an electric bicycle... In my old age a bit if electric assist to the forward motion would be welcome and not paying for gas is even better.
