Republicans

Republicans are coming to Cleveland  I find it interesting the the Republicans want to carry guns at their convention. Even the NRA did not allow guns at their convention. Even the gun show held in conjunction with the NRA convention had no functioning guns.

But the Republicans want to be armed. Maybe it us because of the post 9/11 legacy of the Republicans and their wars based on lies. They know too well that the world sees then as war criminals. Yeah, when you piss off a whole religion and destroy a few countries you have reason to fear retaliation. However a bunch of guns will not keep a determined terrorist from his mission. While you feat for your life, he us more than willing to give his life for his cause. It us that level if commitment that makes the difference. It is why we should worry. We opened Pandora's box and let the genie loose. You cannot put him back. You will not defeat terrorism in your lifetime
