Stress equals body breakdown

curmugeonThe stress of the last few weeks has taken its toll, I have an ugly head cold and did not make it to work today. I had a nice tight schedule of things to accomplish today and that can be trashed. I'm miserable, stuffy head, watery eyes, cough. Yes, I'm getting lots of rest and drinking plenty of liquids.
