of the week, a new weekend, warm temperatures. A lot happening on the job front. Seems rumors are running rampant, there might be a power play between management and the union, sort of a take or leave it approach by management. We'll see what shakes out over the next few months. For example, we are in a budget crisis but the City might build a $5 million parking structure for the local museum; meanwhile we defer maintenance on streets and infrastructure.
