curmugeonIt seems the government is creating a new category of information 'controlled unclassified' to manipulate all that has been up to now just called 'sensitive but unclassified'.
Back in the day when I was in the intelligence gathering business, we had levels that were for information beyond what a person with a top secret clearance could see. It required a need to know accompanied by the knowledge of how to keep the information safe and secure. The best part of this was being able to tell President Nixon he couldn't see it.
I figure today there is a lot of stuff out there that Dubya doesn't have a need to know (at least the intelligence community has the intelligence to keep it away from this buffoon) and I'm sure there is a general consensus that he wouldn't know how to handle it safely.
Dubya wake up! You are a lame duck, a disgrace to the office, and the worse example of a Yale grad that exists.
