Peter Arnett was fired today for speaking to Iraqi TV and expressing his personal observations on the war. Maybe he might have not had all his facts straight, but what he expressed was his own opinion. So, the media, very 'in-bed' with the military, dismisses one of their own, a sacrifice of free speech, and one more step for the loss of the bill of rights.
